Charming and graceful she participated in most of the performances by Kadamb in India and abroad. Her professional outlook and dedication took her to the world famous Kathak Maestro - Padma Vibhushan Pandit Shri Birju Maharaj at Kathak Kendra - New Delhi. Six years of intensive training under the watchful eye of the master strengthened her fundamentals .She has not only given a number of performances in India and abroad under both her Gurus but also given many individual performances with her sister.
She has also participated in most of the important Kathak Festivals. As a dancer she has performed in many festivals like Kal-Ke-Kalakar Sammelan, Swami Haridas Sammelan, Sharacchandrika Fesival, Maharaj Kalka-Bindadin Festival & many more in India. Some of her important dance performances abroad are : India Promotion Program in USA, Cultural Exchange Tour to China, North Korea & Hong Kong; Festival of India - London & Festival Of India - USSR.

Since 1997 she is concentrating more on teaching Kathak and has trained more than 300 students in Kathak Dance. She has students from age 6 to 60 years & holds Annual Programmes, which gives them stage exposure. She conducts dance workshops as well. In last two years she trained around 80 students in Kathak as a part of Cultural Forum Dance Workshop held in Gandhinagar. She has also organized several Kathak workshops of Pandit Shri Birju Maharaj in Ahmedabad.

Her troupe was invited to perform in Melaka-Malaysia in 2013 and gave a number of successful performances. Her troupe was also invited to participate in the China Xuchang International Culture Festival- 2015 in China, where their performances were well appreciated. In October 2015 her troupe performed for the Indian Air Force. In January 2016 her troupe performed at the prestigious Sabarmati Festival.
